Coolex Air Conditioners given Eurovent certificate

Coolex Air Conditioners has secured Eurovent Certification for its air handling units (AHUs), the company has announced. The HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) firm said it successfully completed and passed the requirements of Eurovent’s regulations, which include tests on air pressure drops, water pressure drops, cooling capacities, heating capacities, and filtration.

Gas Ballast in Vacuum Pump Aids Evacuation

Any time the internal piping or components of a refrigeration system are exposed to atmospheric air, they must be completely evacuated before refrigerant can be added into the system. Proper evacuation of a system is an important part of the overall repair or installation process — it ensures that no atmospheric air remains in the system and mixes with the refrigerant.
