Ms. Hasina, a well-known HVAC designer in the MEP industry, has organized Innova’s design and implementation team since she joined this organization in 2018. She has been acting as the main bridge between capturing and consulting design requirements and converting them into practically functional and state-of-the-art systems with the assistance of the project implementation team.

Mr. Ashrafur, who is at the heart of Innova’s day-to-day Business operations, has been supporting this organization since September 2016. His core competencies that have been excelling in Innova are planning project resources, HR management, and efficient procurement.
